World BreastFeeding Week: As we know women are the most important element of this world. They give birth to the future of this world. Future in the sense babies,🤗 Babies are said to be the part of Almighty God. So babies should be given all the care, so as to give them the proper growth. Care like vaccines, polio, dose and yes the most important mother’s milk. Mother milk is said to have all the important nutrients and protein which can help in proper growth of the child.

World BreastFeeding Week comes every year during the 1st week of August from 1st August to 7th August. During this week awareness regarding breast feeding is given to all the mothers of the world.

World Hepatitis Day

According to UNICEF & WHO “Breastfeeding is not only the cornerstone of a child’s healthy development; it is also the foundation of a country’s development.”

Babies are having weak immune system so they need excess nutrients, antibodies, and all the essential proteins they needed. Mothers milk have all the essential nutrients antibodies that make babies fight off viruses and bacteria. Breastfeeding also helps the baby to lowers risk of having asthma or allergies. Babies who are breastfed exclusively for the first 6 months, without any formula, have fewer ear infections, respiratory illnesses, and bouts of diarrhea.

  • Breasfeeding helps to burn all the extra calories which makes to lose pregnancy weight faster.
  • During breastfeeding a hormone name oxytocin which makes the uterus to return to its pre-pregnancy size and also reduces bleeding of uterine after baby’s birth.
  • Breastfeeding also lowers the risk of ovarian and breast cancer and may reduces the risk of osteoporosis, too.
